How should i solve physics?

pls help me guyzz ....i'm sick and tired of this...for mbbs entrance exam physics is imp. and i always struggle while doing problems..i'm a good student..and i'm good in chem and bio..but even after spending several hours on physics..i always face problems while doing questions..but whenever i see tht hint..i feel lyk how stupid i am..it was so simple...i just don't know what to do..i've started hating it..:( plz plz help me that how should i start and how should i approach the questions .. i really need u ppl's helppppp
