Abdominal cramping, sore breasts and tissue like blood clots?! Please help!?

Ok I was on ortho tri cyclen lo then switch to lo loestrin fe and I have not yet gotten my period and it my 3 month on it. I have the symptom as you nausea breast tenderness! I took 2 hpt and negative!!ask the doctor to check your blood levels mind did...the sign are just the bc because it lo hormones plus it has 26 active pills
