Really nauseous during pregnany. I'm going on 12 weeks. Any suggestions?

I have been very sick during my pragnancy. I never throw up I just stay nauseous. Last week I had a sinus infection on top of the nausea which was horrid. Now I'm just extremely nauseated. My doctor prescribed me Phenergan, but it only makes me sleepy it doesnt make my nausea go away. I have a 2 year old so its hard to take the Phenergan because I have to stay awake. Any suggestions will be appreciated. Thanks!
