Can anyone please help me lose weight?

I am seriously distraught with my weight. I had managed to lose 40 pounds last year with diet and exercise but then started a new job in september and gained it all back and then some. I've tried countless attempts to get back the routine that was so successful for me in the past(counting calories;measuring my food;doing 45 min of cardio daily) but now with my hectic woek schedule I find it impossible to maintain.I get out of work at 8pm and get home around nine.that leaves me zero time to cook let alone exercise. Not only do I want to lose the weight(I'm becoming increasingly depressed and I'm worried)and most imp keep ot off. Also;I suffer from debilitaton anxiety and have a high anxiety job I work on sales. I also need to find a way to stop using food to cope.only serious answers please. I am 26 and mom to a 4 year old.
