Is 3 (three) weeks after CONCEPTION long enough to get a positive pregnancy test?

I don't know about the depo giving you a false negative... but 3 weeks is/should be long enough to get a positive result. I got mine 10 days after conception with my daughter and 12 with current pregnancy.
