So my period came late and then only lasted 2 and a half days. I took a pregnancy test and it came back negative but since then I've been cramping up in the middle of my stomach and have been nauseated every day on and off. If I'm not pregnant then what could this be. My only symptoms are the cramps nausea and an unusual period. Someone help!!!
