How much does a cardiac surgeon earn per hour?

How much does a cardiac surgeon earn per hour in the hospital? How long do they always work in the hospital per week? Are they paid by the hospital(depend on the hours you have work in the hospital) or by the number of patients(I heard a lot of general doctors' salary is depend on the patients)? How long does it take to be a cardiac surgeon(suppose I don't have any time off after I graduated from high school at 18)? I love and good at both science and math(especially I love dissecting an animal), will it still makes me feel nauseated and disgusting when I am performing a surgery(especially when I cut out their chests and do something with their heart)?
